Arguments Brought Forward on 1945 Emergency Powers Act in the Judiciary Branch

Legislature and the Executive Branch brought forward arguments on constitutional authority and how long and how many times an Executive Order can be issued. While both sides have their own arguments there is some grey areas for interpretation. From the video you can see that they look at the language of the laws, how they relate, how they were historically applied, and what the overall intent was. Most likely one side will appeal up to the next and try and place some kind of "stay" while it gets ferreted out.
