50 to 1 Chinese Hackers Outnumber FBI: Why Using Resources Well Can Help

I'm not going to disagree but we need to jump two feet forward into the Digital Era and if we don't we will fall closer to parity with China. We still have some advantages culturally and technologically but we are suffering from the difficulty of compromise around long term solutions. There is additional request for funding and that makes sense considering we need to take a big look at things to ensure we have a secure digital grid.

Yes, more money, training, better education, more pay, etc. all are hejpful. To do those things we will want a balanced budget and it would be helpful to focus on what is most important (That would require a definition). Our leaders will need to make some tough decisions about what is likely to get us over the horizon and through our next challenges. Improving our budget and ensuring we have the resources where they are needed is going to be central to success (easier said then done.)

This is where budgeting issues become a bigger problem. Revamping and overhauling all programs to ensure they are #1 aligned to our national mission, values and goals as well as #2 ensuring they are functioning at the best capacity they can. Thoughtful improvements might free up some resources to help beef up our cyber capabilities across the board.

Of course, we also need to raise our revenue and that includes attracting new investments and creating environments that maximize those investment return through innovative development. We want our country to be innovative and a draw for FDI based on our universal rule of law and entrepreneurial culture based in furtile environmental mix (Ok its just an opinion.)

However, having the right resources allows us to think about where they can be helpful in the long run. Having resources puts us in a good spot. How do we improve our resource base is something small towns and on a national level I suspect we are thinking about. While government isn't a direct business it does have revenue and expenses. Putting those toward solving problems of the near and midterm future likely produces more fruit than focusing on the days affairs.

What is the Shadow System and How that Can be a Detriment to National Development

The "shadow" system exists as secondary but slightly weaker system within our official justice system. Where one is in the light the other works in the dark. They compete in many ways for influence and depending on who you talk to you will get different answers and support for each. The official laws are still more supported than the shadow laws and that is a good thing. However, the other system base in poorer assumptions still rears its head at various times and places. Having a better understanding of how the shadow application functions is important (Remember that all systems have a shadow but the strength of a nation is dependent on reducing these shadow systems to maintain effective management around core American values and goals. Also why I don't support corruption because of its short sighted focus but long term consequences. . i.e. shadow/black market for the economy.)

They are inherently two different systems. One is more universal with laws agreed upon by lawmakers to apply fairly to everyone (This is why we debate them and why over politicization of our justice system is dangerous as it can empower the shadow.). The shadow system is designed to circumvent and adjust those laws to either benefit self or to benefit those within a perceived group or clan. Clan as often defined in third world perceptions of race, religious, political, social affiliations or other issues that seeks to truth with some type of falsehood.

In today's world most people do believe that mistakes are sometimes made but an inability to correct mistakes and/or encourage intentional misapplication could create a coordinated shadow (One may say rarely happens and the other say often happens but that is a matter of frequency and not of existence). We have the written laws and we have the applied laws. The applied laws require a decision and those decision makers make choices. If they struggle with perceptual issues they will make choices that are inappropriate or destructive as they sometimes dip into the power of the shadow system (Its like a black market for the official system that seeks to misapply the laws for gain. Someone would have to study it to create greater clarity but I believe big data will show macro outcomes and some of the causes of this misapplication).

I'm a believer that the best way to develop our nation is with integrity and ensuring that what we set out as a collective people to create in our law passing and in our courts positive pro social and most rational values to be displayed and enacted (Its a general concept that applies across the board. I'm 100% for police and 110% for civil rights because one must work for the other or otherwise we have other issues that pop up from time to time.). There is no political agenda with this, it is only the awareness that when we are negligent in one area it continues to grow and morph like a parasite on our values and our shared sense of community. Every nation goes through transitions and this is a positive change that will lead to higher long term national performance (We are going to make an assumption that recent awareness of room for improvement will win out intellectually over other arguments. Generally, as a society truth wins out over falsehood but sometimes that is a fallacy of the just world view which seeks to find order in those things that appear initially to have no order.).

Without change, the targets will continue to be the targets, the law violators will continue to violate, society will lag, human capital will suffer and the nation will feel the sluggishness and it will continue until we make a commitment to that which draws us together and lets us be the best we can be. To me, when we are aware that such things are occurring the best way to maintain integrity is to stop it quickly and if necessary to hold to account (Often or rarely is a matter of debate and data availability.). Account should also be done with a level of wisdom but not be a further excuse to allow for further misapplication.

There is growing awareness that some of our justice systems are struggling and need support to become more effective in catching bad guys, doing so in alignment with our national values, and actualized justice. Our society either steps forward into the light or steps back into the shadows. It looks like we are coming to agreement that trust in our institutions is dependent on us doing the right thing regardless of race, religion, politics, or position. We are rebuilding integrity each time law makers, law enforces and the general will of the people are in alignment (That is any nation or people.)

Raising awareness of needed improvements is a form of patriotism as long as it has a beneficial goal ( As well as not just for one group, party, or other entity. This is why I believe in universalism of American values). Silence, indifference and or participation in the shadow system is the opposite. This article is really more about discussion that helps us think about and reflect on the need to ensure that our laws seek to fulfill our social contracts through concepts of truth and moral conscious (What is true and what is most just. As they say The whole truth and nothing but the truth. What is true to one may not be true to another. However, they all must share essential good will to society and themselves. The shadow system creates divisiveness in society. It is up to the wiser, more experienced, more just, and thoughtful people to correct lower order values and decisions.).

Can Dance Improve Your Physical and Brain Function Health (A Scientific Perspective)

To me, its important to live a varied and interesting life. Some might see it differently but I think in hindsight I may have been right about a few things. First, I have a fitness and yoga trainer license, which I would like to consider using for hobby more, and engage in lots of different sports and activities. That includes things like surfing, kick boxing, rowing, bicycling, hiking, climbing and much more.

(I think I might consider fitness training others for fun. It helps me and helps them. Not sure of the venue.)

One of my most favorite activities is dance. A varied dance routine can improve coordination, cardiovascular health, reach, motion, endurance and much more. Matching that with kickboxing and yoga you find you have greater range and accuracy than most others. Different types of dancing have unique attributes but they all contribute in some way to overall health.

For example, I dance well enough to be on a stage sometimes but not so great to be professional (Depending on how you use the term. I'm part of a dance company so I guess that is lower level professional/upper amateur. I think a little lower and in need of work. Consider I had a crooked leg at birth and it was fixed that isn't bad. I have had few to no issues with it throughout my life.). I guess if I would have started young enough and was in the right environment there would have been multiple opportunities. Yet, I also get bored easily so I go to the point of lower level mastery of mechanics and I either keep with it or find something else more interesting.

When time permits I keep up with it. Believe it or not dance is a good thing. Consider some of the benefits.

GDP Q1 2023: Increases in Exports, Consumer Spending but Degrease in Inventories and Lower GDP 1.1% (A Little Spice on Plain Mashed Spuds)

Source: BEA
Notice 2023 looks like 2019
Its sort of a benchmark with a Covid market interruption
The question is, "Can a platform shift into a digital era
improve the benchmark"?
The advanced numbers came out and its a mixed bag. It indicates some economic slowing but that should be expected I guess. The question remains how much and how long?  Its a jumble because inventories have declined but spending increased so they will influence each other. Improvements in exports, structures and intellectual property are good signs.

It should be kept in mind that the goal is to increase investments and build a better system so that less government spending is needed (Its the info and policy guidance approach to govt.).  Its a concept of hedging government spending with private industry to reduce costs as well as find ways to increase government revenue (Broadly as a system and not specific to any one company's abilities.).

There have also been some increase in income, savings rates, disposable income and other things. One must wonder what happens to money when its in the bank? Likely it gets reinvested somewhere as banks only need so much money in actual holdings. Do we have ways of encouraging investing in our country so that money isn't just sent somewhere else?

Kind of interesting questions to ponder. You can read 'Gross Domestic Product, First Quarter 2023 (Advance Estimate)' to gain important insight. I just posted a few of the key concepts.

-Real gross domestic product (GDP) increased at an annual rate of 1.1 percent in the first quarter of 2023 and fourth quarter, real GDP increased 2.6 percent.

-increase state and local spending.

-non defense government spending increased.

-increases in structures and intellectual property products

-decrease in private inventory investment wholesale trade and manufacturing

-Increase in consumer spending and exports.

The video of Sonia Meskin, head of U.S. macro at BNY Mellon Investment Management, provides some key insights.

House passes bill to increase debt limit (2023): Time for Collaboration and Focus

It looks like the bill passed. CNN outlines some of the solid arguments 'House votes to pass debt ceiling bill in win for McCarthy' There are different views between both parties. While both sides want the nation to succeed and manage its debts appropriately the methods in which they do that is different. At some point they will both need to make some compromises to achieve our national goals.

Here are my thoughts. We need to ensure the financial system is solid and not jackhammered by any abrupt moves that exceed the capacity to consume the change. That helps us avoid overtaxing the financial system at once that leads inappropriate adaptations and capacities to overcome. They might call this a financial crisis.

To me in a sustainable system we will want to have a strong sense of direction as to how to use our resources to achieve our goals. In many ways we have goal confusion. Once we know our goals, we can then align the rest of the system to those needs.

A type of metric of program alignment that gives full scope to hard services and soft services of government. i.e. they call this a truly honest conversation about all programs and what might still serve our purpose and what probably doesn't. No room for political slants here because we must be clear in our thinking and be capable of critical examination. These are serious choices with serious outcomes.

We should look at each component as providing a net positive or net expense. Some things we think of as expenses are actually net positives but need some change to function at their full capacity and be wise stewards of tax payer dollars. Other programs might need to be removed because we cannot reasonably justify their contribution to our long term objectives (i.e. over the horizon thinking).

Some social programs might be enhanced (i.e. education and children's enrichment for human capital development. There could also be nutrition needs and additional new methods of teaching and enrichment) and other things might need to be reduced (subsidize that don't lead to a net positive contribution). Each program should have a full review to ensure it can be adjusted, improved, reused, adapted, etc.. to maximize those resources and ensure program focus (i.e. how renaissance starts to hit other areas of society through the adaptive need)

The problem isn't necessarily the ability to improve the system but the ability to work together to do so in a reasonable way. We are at a point in our nation's history where any political dissonance is likely to be a detractor to our long term health and reasonableness and thoughtful compromise will likely be a contributor to short-and long term success.

There are other market issues such as foreign movement away from the U.S. dollar we should consider when thinking about the long term implications of instability in thinking. We need solutions. That comes from people being focused on the right things and trying to really make a meaningful contribution to the collective of society (In some ways I think if we thought of our whole nation as 100 people whom we knew well, how would we use our resources to ensure the health of our village? In this case a national village. Keeping this on an intimate basis might help us think about the importance of maximizing resources for everyone as though each American is valuable. We sometimes are removed from our choices and the consequences on others. We must be wise. Too many programs you have a problem and too few and you have a problem. We also need a positive cushion to reduce debt. It looks like lots of debate ahead.)

Water Distribution Relay Pumping Fire Trucks (Chula Vista, CA and Delta County, MI Examples)

NFPA provides a strong analysis of water and relay pumping. While the whole publication appears beneficial you can read 'Step 4 Water Distrubution Options' (looks like a spelling error). However, the information is excellent. You can learn more about the NFPA.

Here is also an awesome training video by Chula Vista Fire Department. Go Chula Vista! They go into solid depth on the topic and discuss how pumpers can maximize pressure and reach. Lots of charts on friction loss and hose sizes.

In MI. we did some practice the other day relaying pumpers together in a way that increased their outputs. It is important to keep training new recruits through redundancy and hands on practice. Perhaps we should consider having some of the other departments in the area join us in our training. Fabulous!

In our training we followed some simple points:

1. Cleaning and dressing the hydrant

2. Making sure fittings, adaptors and hoses are found and connected properly.

3. Worked with turning on and off the pumps so as to not water hammer the pump, the hydrant or worse the local residence.

4. Controls and dials on some of the trucks.

It makes no difference if you are new or seasoned because going over it can help in memorizing and becoming familiar with the systems.

The volunteer departments in the area that are really doing local heavy lifting are below so if you want to connect, volunteer or donate.

Bark River Fire Department

Ford River Fire Department

Escanaba Twp. Fire Department (A central sort of hub for training and training space)

Ensign Twp Fire Department

Nahma Twp Fire Department

There are fulltime departments in Escanaba and Gladstone that I'm sure wouldn't turn down contributions and connecting with other departments for resource and knowledge sharing.

The Difference Between the Just and Unjust World View and its Long Term Implications (Business, Government and Society)

We are in an interesting time within our country and we are experiencing shifts across the board in values and perceptions. Not only are we changing in terms of demographics but we also must compete as a single people toward shared goals. We likewise are very divisive at this time and polarized politically and socially. The lone voices of those who are trying to pull us together are muted by the obnoxious voices of those trying to exploit differences.

Let us also add the ideas that technology and the economy are changing quicky creating platform shifts into the Digital Era (its probably more scientifically true then not true. There are economic and historical studies on how things like the wheel, iron, printing press, Internet cause transitions in the way in which we conduct our business affairs and our daily lives. These root changes are called paradigm shifts/platform shifts/renaissance).

Anway we are going to go through some changes as a people I think and that will require us to anchor some of our values to something we can agree upon. Whether true or not I believe a positive just world view based in our shared principles helps keep society together, keep us focused on the right societal values, and provides the greatest opportunities for success. Justice is central to that positive just world view.

Just World View

Culture and personality impact one's perception of a just world view (JWV). The belief that good should bring positive and bad should bring punishment is an interesting one based deeply in meaning making. In other words "people get what they deserve". You may read Differential Associations of Personal and General Just-World Beliefs with the FiveFactor and the HEXACO Models of Personality JWV is seen as more fallacy than reality by scientists and scholars. People who believe in JWV are often seen as somewhat delusion in the sense that the world is a safe place and people will do what is right and just. It is a type of making order from that which doesn't appear orderly (I believe this is a wrong assumption.)

Despite this perception of bleak disparity many scientists and pure rationalists take, there may be a grain of truth that the world has order and full of systems that are complex and interrelated (Making them hard to understand with a narrow lens of supported by limited scientific measurements of minute focus). While a divine order may be hard to prove scientifically it is possible to show that nature functions like a large complex system of mutually dependent co-dependence in life. Thus the more one engages in poor behaviors, typically defined as harmful or risky to society (i.e. rudeness, reckless, lying, stealing, aggression, etc..) the more there should be individual and societal consequences (In universal justice systems the outside variables like race, religion, education, wealth, etc. would not be factors in influencing outcomes because truth and moral conscious are embedded into the symbolism, culture, processes, and outcomes.

That can often comes from big data feedback, science, moral/ethical development of society, belief in democracy, and open-mindedness to the inherent value of difference
.).

While we are not always rational on an individual basis based we are as a species more rational as a collective. Unless one is internally motivated to work toward a better world/justice world, the majority of us need the right environment to encourage prosocial goals. There are similarities, reason, and logic within cultural underpinnings which help maintain a sense of collective order that includes reward and punishment. While individuals and groups (i.e. extremism) might play havoc in the short run, the longer run sense of order returns to be disrupted again as the slow grinding process of development occurs.

Individual and Criminal Behavior

There are differences in personality between those who are contributors of the world and those who engage in criminal behaviors. To understand better you may want to read The Link between Individual Personality Traits and Criminality: A Systematic Review that discusses criminality and personality. What the authors found was the criminal mind shares some traits (i) psychopathy; (ii) low self-control; and (iii) difficult temperament.

What we find is that those who are willing to engage in criminal behavior have traits that make it difficult for others around them. They lack a sense of fairness and therefore a sense of justice because they cannot treat others fairly. As a society we want to discourage those behaviors when they occur as an individual, clan, group, etc.

Why is a justice oriented environment with positive cultural underpinnings helpful? Criminals don't often follow rules and/or misuse rules for self gain. They are essentially self centered in their orientation and that impacts choices throughout their lives. Externally motivated people follow rules, roles, and customs to understand to make sense out of the world. Our cultural underpinnings should rest on some very fundamental rules as defined in our social contracts.

The Conception of Justice

The concepts of justice is a solution to our societal problems. We have all types of issues we are facing in business, government and society. For example, we have high concentrations of wealth in fewer hands, we have a rise in organized extremism, we have concerns about policing, issues with institutional integrity and even political gamesmanship that costs the country greatly in trust and performance (i.e. the Santos Method of gaining prominence). These are just some of the concerns.

Most of these ills can be muted through examining our core values of what we expect and want out of our society. The measure of a person should be seen through their earned character and not by superficiality of scientifically useless markers.  Socrates believed that Athens was struggling because it was missing justice. Justice is seen as societal cure and I believe that applies to ourselves in many ways.

What Socrates believed in was the character of a person. Justice was seen as a virtue that made one consistently good while social conscious encouraged society to be good (I adjusted this to be 'moral conscious' because I believe social conscious could be good or bad but moral conscious is a collective understanding of assumptions of virtue and is consistently good as a collective of individuals within society. It sort of splitting hairs but its a more accurate reflection I believe with the term Dikaisyne.)

Read this article to gain a better understanding. Pay attention to internal and external character of justice. 'Plato's Concept Of Justice: An Analysis'

The Supporters of the Just and Unjust World

In our lives we will come across different forms good and bad, justice and injustice, pro social and anti social behaviors. I am a supporter of a justice system where truth and moral conscious are part of how we function and exist as a people. Likewise, I'm also a supporter of integrity of individuals and integrity of institutions (as well as those within them). Our best path forward as a society is to encourage a shared sense of purpose as a people and live by the concept of justice as both individuals and as a collective. No matter what station or role one is, we should always lean toward our ideals and avoid relishing in the mud. I'm a believer of the justice/ethical world and encourage others to be believers of it as well because the more we believe in right over might the more functional, connected, and collaborative we will be as a people (That is a central way of overcoming future challenges where we need a full functioning society). That is also why I like the concept of universal democracy (more on that later) because it ties us to shared moral American ideals (race and religion has nothing to do with quality of character or one's value in a universal democracy).

These are just theoretical dribbles and mental thought splatter for discussion. Socrates was an important philosopher and much of his value are infused into the way we think today. When we read about his society we can sort of find some of the similarities. While technology has changed quickly the nature of people for both good and bad has stayed somewhat consistent I think.

Motivational Rowing Video (Getting Down the Time)

Rowing season has started and I have spent some time conditioning at the gym to get my numbers down. Some of the Master's group members are going on teams and now that my numbers are solidly in the middle I could probably have joined them on some of the races. Not enough time but perhaps I will hit a couple this year.

My numbers started higher and slower than most within the group. Most of that was due to body mechanics versus fitness restraints. As I worked on my timing and body mechanics I probably dropped around 30 seconds  in 6 months.

Life is about doing new, fun, exciting and interesting things. Balance work, play, intellectual, fitness, spiritual and social aspects of our world. (Not this team, this is just a cool video I found).

Improving U.S. Military Capacity: Innovation, and Prototype Development

by Emanuel Leutze
Washington Crossing the Delaware, 1851
The need for faster innovation and prototyping in industry and the military is becoming increasingly important. This is why we should explore innovative economic systems designed to raise the level military development as well as raise the emerging product offerings private industry stakeholders. Government is often slower at adapting then industry so its important to ensure there is a win-win incentive for both the military and industry codevelopers.

You can read the following article to understand the "Valley of Death" problem. Keep in mind that putting stakeholders together in the right environment might shorten developmental time frames and in turn be more lucrative for participating businesses. I mean hypothetically if all of the components were put together in a way in which different economic contributors support the others within a cluster to create synergy once momentum is started.

While the technology might be similar they can be developed at some point into two different lines of products. For example, a new propulsion system might move into military capacity but some aspects of it might move into industry development to ensure that the U.S. companies are staying on top  of the market (There should be some guarantee by participating industries that they don't share the tech with our rivals.)

That all starts with developing and testing the first proto-type that if successful moves to larger scale production. That is where economic innovative systems do their magic. They create an innovative environment where multiple industries can share, collaborate, and build. The Federal and private investment dollars help steer co-development of technology to the most practical ends that solve military and industry problems.

Excellent depth and description of the process in 'The Importance of Early Prototyping in Defense Research, Engineering, Acquisition, and Sustainment'

Is the Economy Reaccelerating? Manufacturing Show Improvements and Inflation Coming Down

According to Chris Williamson, S&P Global Chief Business Economist and Kim Forrest, Bokeh Capital Partners Founder & CIO the economy may not be as bad as originally thought. It doesn't seem they are addressing the recession question directly but indirectly through an improved outlook. There is some indication that data massaging has improved the outlook.

What I Think Freedom Looks Like and Why I Oppose Extremism

Being culturally aware and knowing lots of people helps us understand the shared similarities of people across different cultures and backgrounds. The one thing that seems to separate good people from bad people is a concept called empathy. It is the ability to see others just as valuable as one may see themselves. The worst I have seen are extremist leaning who view others as less worthy and not entitled to the same rights as they lavish on themselves. The best of I have seen are positive oriented empathetic people go above and beyond what is expected to help others.

First, let us be clear anyone from any race or religion can be an extremist. There are Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, and just about any other religion that can have some level of extremism (Its not based in the religion but the psychology of the person and or a group using religious or ideological justifications.). There appears to be a certain percentage of people who are willing to run in that direction based on misperceptions of their own value and in turn the value of others. The world they cling to is a distorted one and it is often a disruptive to the peace and tranquility of others.

However, of that distorted subsection there is a smaller but noticeable percentage that will use intimidation, potential violence, and other illicit behaviors to harm those they see as different. No one is immune to such behaviors when groups are targeted (minorities, intellectuals, children, people who rightful correct, etc.) laws are thwarted, fights are encourage, self-enrichment and all the major sins become justifiable. The goal of punishing others for perceived wrongs at the expense of any check and balance in conscious or law is important and interesting concept that indicates deeper psychological catalysts beyond the ideology.

We don't often see it this way but the goal of extremist is to limit access to things that are seen as important to societies that rely on positive civilian participation. For example, governance/voting, societal participation, worship, opportunity, a sense of safety and security, etc. They do so using group pressure, uncivilized behaviors, hate speech/defamation, and if necessary misapplication of laws designed to ensure group dominance over others (typically minorities or those of different religions or political perspectives).

In my limited perceptions of what America should look like, we should strive for a universal democracy as a layer of progression. Its not a lofty radical conception but what we are destined to when leadership starts rowing in the same direction to build a healthy, adaptable and high functioning society. While I can go into many reasons that can be supported by research it is not the intent of this article. its just to raise the idea and argument. We need a singular vision for the nation that appeals to Republicans and Democrats alike.

I support a free people who can practice their religion in any way they want, born the way God created them (whatever perception of God) a separation between Church (Church, Mosque, Temple, Synagogue, etc.) and state so we all may live and be free as a people with maximum liberty against the protective layer of justice. Not everyone believes in those central American conceptions based rooted in the founding of the country.

Americans should be lovers of freedom of speech and religion, lovers of the intellectual exploration, lovers of developing opportunity, lovers of civic engagement, lovers of children, and lovers of community health and people. To me America should be the society that emulates the values we want the rest of the world to believe in and resonate with. As we struggle with extremism we should keep in mind that America as built by many people and not just the people who look like and worship like the person in the mirror.

This isn't a specific comment to any entity but a broader conception of freedom for general consumption. One in which I strive and encourage others to strive. In edit process.

Escanaba City Council Meeting (April 20, 2023) OPRA, Taxes, Funding and ATVs (Not Sure if it Includes Golf Carts)

This meeting was very short but packed with lots of decisions and information. While I love watching the county's 4 hour meetings instead of doing other important things in my life, I do recognize the beauty of short and sweet. In this case, I still had enough time left over to consider cleaning my garage, going grocery shopping, paint a masterpiece, or write about the nature of economy and society. In this community of retirees and perhaps soon to be a younger economic draw, government was delivered quickly

You can read the Escanaba's April 21 Notes/Agenda (I like how they put the info up for public consumption. It keeps people informed and helps me so I don't have to sort of write everything down to understand it. I try to be accurate so if you see a mistake just post a comment.)

Property Rehabilitation Act

-No unfinished business.

-Fiscal Budget to be discussed May 4th.

-Marketplace to city dock Sept 24th. Beer Tent, Food, etc.  Labor Day Event. 15 bids. Approval of bid by Sticky Fingers of Gladstone.

Ordinance No. 1260 – Allow Side-by-Side UTV Operation on City Streets. An interesting discussion. They were discussing this last year I believe. I think golf carts would be cool. Save on parking.  We might need a no jumping ordinance.

-Money for parking lot.

-$37 Million in total expenditures. 17 mills with no ask for more.

-The city needs to draw new revenue. This is why I say its important to attract new entrepreneurs, businesses, and investment. I say this because it does three things that include new revenue/development, new young people, and new infrastructure. It also can open the door to other businesses and activities considering the area. Be a pro-business start-up, vacation, and investment hub. There are ways to do that but that may require rewriting webpages to attract new investment, an investment contact and someone who can guide them to buildings, grants and other resources they need.

-Disabled veterans exceptions have risen.

-Lots of info in the agenda on cost of utilities which appear reasonable.

-Policing is 48% of city fund appropriations.

-Marina revenue spiked 2020

-They really did a great job with the charts and being transparent with the information. This is what you want to see. Within a few days the agenda is up and it is complete. Check it out for yourself.

-Delta Schoolcraft Community Labor Council will be placing and maintaining a monument to labor.

-New city attorney

-Charitable gaming license from state of Michigan for Escanaba Wrestling Club.

-Obsolete building. Local taxes can be exempt for 12 years. 1/2 rate for state 6 years. 27 OPRA in the area. You can read more about Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act (OPRA) . Interestingly there are other programs that can help the city attract revitalization interest. While this article by the Citizen's Research Council sheds a little negative light on one city it does recognize they can be used to positive benefit when done well. They further indicate its a mixed bag but it has worked in some places. With new interest coming into the area and the need to revitalize downtown my suggestion is to maximize these programs in focused areas and really give a big city coordinated push between multiple programs to improve our community real estate assets downtown. That should of course be included with some interest in attracting new business, investment, and vacationers. Putting a packet together of different benefits the city can put together to lure businesses can be helpful. If we can do it for free by getting banks, state grants, etc. to create a investor boost package that might also be nice in creating a honey pot for investment Pooh Bears. Read the somewhat critical article but read closely and you will understand why I included it as a person in support of OPRA, and other program use.  Detroit Foregoes Large Sums of Property Tax Revenues with its Use of Business Tax Abatements. If you read the article you will realize the programs can be beneficial. Specifically I like some of the other programs the document lists that could be useful. As with all things take what you like and dump the rest.

-Law enforcement torch run for Special Olympics. That is good stuff.

-Vacancies of positions.

-Welcome bags and yellow 3X wheel bikes to get people downtown.

-Harbor tower upgrades (I thinking it would have been a nice casino hotel. )

-If your looking for things to do. They were talking about clean up and Facebook. Tried to figure out what they meant but you can go on FB and to the page Things to Do in Escanaba Face Book. Cleaning up is probably a good idea with tourists...and keeping our town looking sparkling clean.

Conceptual Framework on How Societies and Companies Adapt

Source Santa Fe Institute
There is something called the collective adaptive framework that helps us understand how societies adapt to problems. We just went through a Pandemic so many nations are studying how their society adapted to that particular crisis (We should keep spreading information private for many reasons). Group adaptation has been studied for a long time but national and societal adaptation is something sort of new. We were just missing lots of the information and didn't have a good framework to measure multiple disconnected and disjointed information using different scales with little valid connection.

We often thought about those things in separated categories of science, with limited information, and often not great records. Now the information is more at our fingertips and there is digital footprints everywhere if one were to sort of hunt them down and have legal access to the information (Notice I said legalThat is why hacking is in generally immoral as it circumvents certain rights and laws. Its an exploitation of private information for typically financial or conflictual gain. The same can be said for the misuse of surveillance equipment. i.e. cameras pointed in a window, etc. From a root moral question it is just generally wrong to eavesdrop, lie or steal so this would fall into that ethical category. Thus, certain actions should be illegal so as to protect against data exploitation. We might know that but then it gets really complex because of political and rhetorical legal questions.)

Ok sorry I digress.....

Societal adaptation could be anything such as the Pandemic, social values, extremism, higher utility costs, global warming, patriotism, first responder recruitment issues, etc. Typically I think it would need to be a large enough and generalized problem to be worthy of a study. Once you know the research problem, you can create the question and then find the metrics to gain the best answer you can.

Notice in the study how they look at problem structures, social integration strategies, social environment. It appears they are using different lenses to try and view the problem holistically. Its not going to be perfect because you have to cut the data somewhere. We are just moving into the big data systems now so eventually someone will build a framework for 100's of categories of data input to understand a problem (The algorithms will always need to be triple checked because that is where the data finds its meaning. Algorithms strive for perfect accuracy...but they never are. They are fictitious to represent real life events/phenomenon in numbers/numeral form. No one could build a formula so complex as to capture all possibilities. Thus, we use models of the most likely scenarios within our current awareness. The algorithm would be the mathematical model of what this data may mean as a representation of the main measurements that represent an actual phenomenon.)

P.S. I added companies because large companies would have their own adaptation behaviors. That would be complex for global companies working with different rules and laws in different places.

Detroit Economic Club: Stuart Hoffman, SVP & Senior Economic Advisor at PNC Discusses Slower Inflation and Challenging Year

The Detroit Economic Club has all types of insightful speeches. Stuart Hoffman, SVP & Senior Economic Advisor at PNC Financial Services Group Inc. presented the speech to the Detroit Economic Club (DEC) . It was pretty good so I took some notes so as to share them at some point (Of course after I clean them up a little. I'm just trying to understand why the U.S. is lagging and what might sort of fix that on a root level. I just theorize as I grocery shop so don't really listen to me yet. Most of what come up with sort of makes sense, has research support, but I need to finish off polishing it now that I know it could potentially work. How that specifically happens is a difficult question because it is more of a practitioner issue requiring specialized knowledge. I'm just good at the structure and abstraction. Most of the time I'm in the ball park. I mean I could learn the individual parts but it wouldn't necessarily get a good return on the investment of time. )

They mentioned economic modeling. You can read something similar 'Mathematically Modeling Market Projections'

-Unemployment Low. Good sign.

-Bigger pay and opportunity to move companies.

-Mild recession.

-China and Japan less inflation.

-A couple banks failed because they were taking big risks.

-Feds expect to raise rates once and then need to cut rates early next year. Push out of recession.

-2/3 stocks 1/3 bond and a little more cash equivalent. (Good advice)

-Chip shortage on cars.

-2024 will be an upswing (Sort of in line with my projection. In 2020 when I made it, lots of things happened. I'm curious of the time period of 23/24 transition.)

-Mentoring was helpful.

-Many will return to work in office most of time.

-If U.S. defaults on debt it would be all hell breaks lose on economy. We would never have seen it in 250 years.

-The stock market will punish the inability to manage debt. (It seems so hard but its about going forward. If one is to extend there should be some realignment of our programs specifically to our national goals like any organization. That doesn't mean throw out certain social supports. It means we have to look at everything and see what is creating either a net positive economically and/or net positive on life satisfaction which improves the environment for personal and economic growth. Treading water doesn't help much except as time to make decisions. Time is overall an expenditure. See Sustainable Economic Systems, Start-Up Economy DC Model, Social Investing, Sustainable Economy)

-The Pandemic causes further differences between the haves and have nots. Money is being too concentrated in fewer hands.

Delta County Board of Commissioners Statutory Meeting (4/11/2023): Settlements, Parks, Condos and Social Constructivism

St. Paul Preaching to Athens

Raphael (Raffaello Sanzio) (Italian, 1515-6)
The value of Rhetorical Theory
Let us say that this was sort of an interesting meeting. You have different perspectives coming forward on issues and people are not afraid to share them. While there are differences I think they will eventually be resolved through shared perspective as long as we have strong communication skills that encourage understanding. To me, all governance is a type of negotiation and when we are open to hearing different points of view it helps to make better long term strategic buy in that leads to growth. Policies should seek to have maximum participation and in turn outcomes and further effort (General comments not specific to anyone in particular. However, if it seems to pertain it is good to think about it to enhance communication in the future.).

Communication is very important in creating a shared sense of society. I came across an interesting study that discusses the concepts of empowering others through Express empathy and emotions, Manage the agenda, share Perspectives, share Observations, Work together to establish goals, Enable, Reach agreement, Summarize. 'Finding common ground: meta-synthesis of communication frameworks found in patient communication, supervision and simulation literature'

Notes: I try and be accurate but sometimes make mistakes so if you find one just post something in comments and I will adjust.

-No public comment on agenda items

-Yes let us support our dispatchers. Nice.

-Parks are online now.

-Bills voted to be paying bills.

-Purchase defined benefit for retirement.

-Recommendation to jury board.

-Lots of rentals at Pioneer.

-Discussion on sewer lines and connecting together. Discussion on state level. Outline of the new sewer line. Water will go in as well. From an economic standpoint this is central to improve the local infrastructure. There will be businesses that will rely on the new utilities.

-I like the concept of condo development. I also would believe downtown would be a good area to develop first with all of the apartments on top. After that, I think condo development would make sense. State funding on housing. Local rep and State Senator to take it down and discuss housing funding with MI.

-It looks like there are shut off notices to be paid for but there is some need for approve $2K to obtain the money early. Passes!!

-Opioid settlement in private discussion. Oh my...opioid lawsuit! Who sued who and what is going on? The closed meetings make me see if I can kind of guess what its about (Guessing. Ding!). I'm thinking a settlement from drug manufacturers to the county? Maybe a state settlement of some type? Then I found it online (typing, typing, drink coffee, typing in Google). Aha! $834K for Delta County. So I was right. The List with Delta County and also 'Michigan’s $81 Million Opioid Settlement Distribution Set to Begin' (Now what should we do with the money to maximize it? I would think it would be tied to opioid addiction treatment but if not lets consider putting it into attracting young entrepreneurs to the area and raising our digital footprint to draw investment and vacationers. ) What? $180K only!...that isn't as much as the document above said. 😣

-Concern about some social media comments, opposing White nationalism, and concepts of patriotism. (Here are my thoughts. We can put these youth to good work building a great community and nation. It takes all types with lots of different ideas. As long as we find constructive avenues for their grievances and concerns they become contributors in their own way. Our generation should not throw stones. Let us help them, with whatever nuggets of knowledge we gained to build a nation in which they can prosper. There is a difference between preaching and guiding. Its not the youths words that I'm thinking about, there is a deeper message, it is his spirit we should harness for the greater good. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with anything he/they is/are saying because those are his/their opinions. I'm thinking more about how to turn a conflict into a win-win. Too bad we didn't have something we could take that spirit and help him apply it in a way that helps everyone. That is how we develop human capital and created shared cross-generational meaning. Listen deeper then the words and hear a person who maybe wants to be part of something important. This is what mentoring programs can do. Let us guide, not chastise. Would he be passionate about starting a philosophy and sociology program at the library? Maybe advocacy for something important? It is about finding what draws his interest and then providing the pathways in which he can master and apply those ideas in constructive Avenues. FYI: The board members maintained their composure which is great. Tough to do under those circumstances. )

-A comment on Jesus loving others. We should not shame others and treat each other well. Some discussion of the Golden Rule in there.

-Epidemic of gun violence. Concerned about gun sanctuary. Coherent speech.  (Our beloved Daily Press put an article out 'Youth stage protest at Delta County Board meeting')

-Another discussion on leadership expectations by a community member. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with the message but the way in which it was delivered. I almost felt a poetic rhetorical prose within the speech. Ok...this kid needs to get into poetry, creative writing or something.  "...cling to a world that never existed...." it was good...a nice piece. (The opinion is his but the prose seem to have an artistic flavor to it.)

(Who says you can't get youth involved in poetry and politics?  I think he is eluding to a concept called Social Construction of Reality You may be more interested in the detailed article in the Grounded Theory Review entitled What is Social Constructionism?  It reminds me of the movie on the importance of language and how each of us contributes a verse to the greater understanding of the whole. As a people we are social constructing our understanding of our world, the way in which we want to live. This is all but a conversation that leads a socially negotiated understanding of how we collective perceive our reality.)

-A thank you for serving on the board and a criticism of the criticism. Bill of Rights. 2nd amendment support. A comment about going somewhere else didn't seem to go well.

-Information being handed should be in the agenda packet so as to not required to ask for information after.

-Stolen power and stolen credit and assistance. A concern about media discussions.

-I agree that posting the information within a few days online would make a lot of sense. Comments on allowing people to be free so people listen.

"When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool for the loser". -Socrates There is some debate on whether that is an actual quote of Socrates but its main point is not lost. There is a difference between debate and slander. I know, I have been on the receiving end of it and trust me its no fun. Especially if people just make up anything and throw it around like its factual mud slinging. If its an opinion then we should state its an opinion and if its a fact then that is different. Or what I think is helpful, "I know that I know nothing" Socrates

-A few comments on the pledge and veterans and respecting different opinions. Will have coffee if no one spits it. Discussion on 2nd amendment. No authority to tell sheriff and prosecuting attorney what to do or believe.

End...watch the video yourself.

Illegal Chinese Police Stations: What are they?

Imagine where we have a police station that works on behalf of a foreign entity. Silencing prodemocracy U.S. residents on U.S. soil. I'm very happy that we do not allow such systems to persist within our country. I'm sure they would feel the same if we did the same. Any country and any people would not want these systems to exist. So this makes sense to close them down where we find them. 'Two Arrested for Operating Illegal Overseas Police Station of the Chinese Government'

CHIPS an IRA Appear to be Helping Return Manufacturing to the U.S.

Water Powered Crank
Example of Renaissance Technology
Georg Andreas Böckler, 1661
R&D Increased technology
Semi Conductors are root technology
One of the biggest things we would be wise to engage in is continuously drawing back manufacturing and industry investment into the U.S. It appears there has been some benefits in attracting semiconductor development in a way that impacts innovation across a wide spectrum of industries. That ability to impact entire industries through core tech development is important because it provides the most juice for the financial squeeze.

Semiconductor development is more helpful when matched with complementary initiatives. Let also consider recent changes in infrastructure and see if that ends up in conjunction with technology impacting our growth trajectory. As these semiconductors get up and running there will be some lag time but we should then see positive impact on innovation and technology based patents, products, and revenues.

Furthermore, we will need to become more productive and creative as a people so technology can match with human capital investment to create development synergy. That is a difficult and contentious issue as people debate what it means to be a universal democracy (i.e. meaning how to maximize engagement, opportunity, and development around shared American principles).   Its a murky but important concept.

Reading this informative article 'IRA and CHIPS Act bringing manufacturing back to the US' provides a key analysis of semiconductor investments in the U.S. Key Takeaways:

-Robert Casanova, Director of Industry Statistics and Economic Policy at the Semiconductor Industry Association, stated 52 semiconductor projects have been announced in the U.S. between 2020 when CHIPS Act started until March 2023 with a total of US$210 billion.

-From the chart 'Sources of FDI in US (US$ million)' it appears that FDI investment has doubled from Canada and Asia (I don't think the chart said but I think this is related to Semiconductors because of the paragraph above or below. I might have missed something.).

-AZ, TX, OH, NY appear to be top destinations for investment.

There are some really good charts and information offered by Senate RPC on semiconductors that discusses how the U.S. started to lose the technology game and this adjustment was helpful in shifting the trajectory 'Key to Economic and National Security

There is also a review as presented to the President of the U.S. 'Revitalizing the U.S. Semiconductor Ecosystem'  Key point (Quoted):

-"$556 billion,7 with U.S. companies accounting for 47 percent of the market; semiconductors are the fourth largest U.S. export; and the industry directly employs nearly 300,000 Americans and indirectly accounts for 1.6 million additional jobs."

It appears that there are drivers to the development of the semi conductor industry. 'The global semiconductor industry is poised for a decade of growth and is projected to become a trillion-dollar industry by 2030.' Those include....

-automotive, computation and data storage, and wireless will fuel the growth.

Finally, you may want to consider the Semiconductor Industry Association and their 'Industry Impact' to determine what their perspective might be on the total impact. They have a cool Semi Conductor Map. Kind of looking at MI and the companies that are involved (It is separated by state) MI Semiconductor and about $675 Million.

*Subtransactions can create economic cluster growth to improve the speed of development. A type of protype catalyst for larger manufacturing initiatives. In this case, semiconductors are essential for computing power and that is root that will determine many other things throughout the development chain. Infrastructure, human capital, and technology work together to create leading edge products that help revitalize economic development.

China, U.S. and India Top Growth Spots Next 5 Years

We need new ways of doing things if we hope to master the growth game. I agree with infrastructure (i.e. including energy), innovation (i.e. advanced manufacturing and shorter lag time between invention and manufacturing) and human capital development (Getting everyone involved in the system at their maximum capacity. The growth of creative capital.)

According to the IMF China will lead the growth. China's global gross domestic product expansion will be around 22.6%, India's will be around12.9%, and the US will be around 11.3%.

The U.S. isn't exactly lagging and is in the top 4 but it isn't up to the level of China and India. I understand why as we only recently started being concerned about our long-term prospects and the necessity of maintaining our supply chains and improving our advanced manufacturing.

We will have to see what happens. I think we can grow much faster once we fulfill all of the components and be willing to try some new ideas as they related to cluster development that helps to improve the innovative capacity of areas.

Let us turn the page in our shared story.....

U.S. House Financial Services Committee Publishes Copy of Stablecoin Bill: What is a Stablecoin?

Stay tuned for a hearing on Stable Coin that will be coming up by the 'Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion Subcommittee'   (Here is the Stablecoin Draft Bill they created. I think it will be discussed more in that meeting.) You can read a solid article on 'Stablecoin Bill is an ‘Extraordinary Moment For the Future of Dollar,’ Says Circle CEO'. Because of way in which the economy is changing and adjusting these new digital currencies/assets will come out to fill the market gap. Expect some debates and discussions.

The Digital Era is a platform shift over a relatively short time frame (i.e. a Digital Renaissance which the U.S. could capitalize on the shift. These eras are often marked by changes in the way we think and conduct our daily affairs. See the last Renaissance, Science, Technology) That creates a problem in terms of management. Regulation allows the government to have some control over these currencies and ensure they are not being misused or manipulated. Larger central currencies provide higher levels of system management and in turn economic stability (People can argue too little and too much but all in all its necessary for a nation this large.).

Stablecoins are in the process of being regulated. I'm not sure where the name comes from but I suspect that if they are backed by more tangible assets that is related to the term "stable". It means that a stablecoin is eventually convertible for hard assets of some form or another. (That could probably go through another medium like the dollar but each time you make something dependent on something else dependent on something else you create complexity that can't be managed well when economic shocks and issues occur. I like the concept of the gold standard and/or a modified form of a basket of precious commodities as a currency anchor to hedge inflation and/or decline. Many ways to sort of think about it.)

The World Economic System discusses spill over effects of stablecoin and their definition in 'Understanding the macroeconomic impact of cryptocurrency and stablecoin economics' (WEF, para 9, 2023). The following bold sections are bold:

Stablecoin, on the other hand, is a DLT-based cryptocurrency designed to maintain a stable value relative to another asset. It originated from a demand for a stable monetary unit in distributed ledger applications and is used more frequently for transactions than crypto.

Fiat-backed stablecoins hold 1:1 reserves of fiat currency and the promise of convertibility.

With regulations actively being considered, it is important to prioritise taking action as soon as possible.
  • Policymakers should create an international classification framework with nuanced regulations
  • Crypto and stablecoins should be included in monetary and financial statistics
  • Governments should coordinate with other governments to mitigate regulatory arbitrage and consider economic projections when designing regulations
  • Businesses should proactively work in partnership with regulators when designing business Models

Its Important to Improve Our Justice System: Even if its not wanted.

In my humblest of opinions the justice system needs some work in order to better fulfill its stated mission. There are elements that are functioning for the higher purposes of the nation and its people existing along with other aspects that are either not functioning or not functionally well. I can talk about that all day and I could give example upon example but in the end it comes down to who we are as a people and what we hope to achieve.

I see a nation that treats people fairly and knows how to maximize its human capital. Some agree with me on those aspects and some radically oppose. However, there is a significant element in society who feel that the laws should apply to help their specific religion, clan, race, or group and that others should have little to no rights or protections (Because someone feels that way doesn't mean it actually is or should be that way. It only means they feel that way and some of those who feel that way will misuse any system to mitigate those feelings.).

For the most part I cannot tell you why or how those distorted beliefs persist but it appears to be an acceptable part of society reaching into nearly ever corner of the justice system. The grotesque and the good seem to exist in the same time and space. One reaches toward our nation's principles and the other persists as a left over of a darker time and era.

(I have to use the term fellow citizens because even if someone has a different race or religion they are still true Americans endowed with certain rights no matter what those who violate our laws believe or how they act. Nor the wink and nod protections they sometimes get for behaviors that would be considered inappropriate if conducted against members of their own group.)

We could fix this of course but we have not yet done so. We have only started on that path more recently. I have seen the default where anything goes, even putting innocent people in harm's way, as long as certain groups are advantaged by these behaviors. The system for them has become a tool to self-enrich and push distorted values. We may rely on those systems for safety and security but they see them as tools to use against others which can make them appear unsafe and insecure (This is why different communities see different things.)

The good news is that the majority of the system doesn't function that way on an official level so there are occasionally checks and balances that come into play (Enough so that criminals don't feel 100% comfortable but they also feel a little too comfortable with the way laws are often applied). However, because these more appropriate checks and balances are being currently implemented poor, unconstitutional, and often criminal behavior may continue to persist for a decade or so until we realize our diversity is our strength (If used properly in human capital development and/or appreciate it for what it is.).

To me, every system must focus on its essential purpose each and every day. If there are people who misuse those systems, manipulate those systems, adjust the intent of such systems to harm people in their community, and violating the essential purpose of our nation there should be consequences. However, because we are just starting on the path of building integrity into it there will be lots of hiccups (We should never treat hiccups as inconsequential. They are signs of misapplication of justice.)

Someone might ask, "We know that a lot of people in society are saying it but aren't you afraid the consequences of using free speech?" I say, everyone is afraid of retaliation. However, patriotism to me is to correct that which is broken so as to ensure it fulfills our stated national purpose. I'm not always right but I can see the system divergently; good and bad. There is room for change, there is room for muted praise. The macro data coming out in the next few years will likely align more with my perspective from a scientific perspective.

Another might ask, "You do know that typically people like you are going to lose a lot for standing up for justice right?" I might retort. If someone can take it away, it was only on loan. In this life I expect nothing from anyone because I know how selfish people can be. I expect retaliation as a sign of where we currently are. Not that it has any real value and likely more of a foolish perspective but there may be some small solace in not selling our principles where others have so willing given them away.

We know that systems that use our money wisely and with the greatest good in mind will persist and those that don't will be legitimately and rightfully criticized. Fixing the system means we can better catch bad guys/gals, use our resources efficiently, and do so in a manner that helps the nation achieve its stated purpose. We seem to miss out on the practical and scientific aspects of the debate and lean more into the ideological weeds where its intentionally murky (Where loud voices sort of distort the truth).

My political idea of the day? Let us keep what works, let us fix what is broken, let us stay focused on our core purpose as a nation. If that is confusing, then I would encourage our leadership to find other lines of work where problem solving isn't necessary. I fully expect to be a dishwasher for having values, would you like to join me in this new found occupation of integrity? (Maybe maybe not...roll the dice.)

The Impact of Education on Human Capital and Community Development

Development of people through education is part of the solution in creating a high performing society. That will become increasingly important as we move into the digital world where technology and human capital will determine a great many things about our future economic health. Education, and I'm going to include skilled trades, appears to make broad based improvement in non-market and market aspects of society. Non-market factors could further create the right environment for non-linear societal growth (i.e. meaning new unexplored paths).

Consider this study 'The Impact of Human Capital on Non-Market Outcomes and Feedbacks on Economic Development'. You will notice a few of the things they say happen when we improve education within an area:

1.  Human capital (and R&D) investment and externalities offset diminishing returns from physical capital (i.e. raises the value of physical labor).

2. There is a lag between increased education and direct/indirect measures in the community.

3. Education reduces disparity gaps.

4.  There is a broad impact on a community in the long run. (The study talks about how education impacts structural human capital issues such as pollution, technology i.e. education dissemination through technology, savings rates, growth rates, and political stability. )

What I pick from this is that if we improve education we find broad based enhancement in the economy. Many of these are going to be indirect measures, but overall there is a net positive to society from educational attainment. I suspect that also includes skilled trades and crafts. While the study doesn't say this specifically, I would believe that skilled trades would impact certain areas while broader education will impact other areas. Both appear necessary in one form or another.

Furthermore, we might consider improving education quality versus the longevity of educational process. Let us admit it, education is expensive and is a big commitment. Ensuring it is effective is important. This is why I came up with a measurable competency based system that can used to map learning in school and then compare that to what is needed by industry (and various industry sectors if needed) to ensure everyone is leaning what the market needs (i.e. employability)

Before you get all excited. That doesn't mean I don't support the arts. As a matter of point, in today's world the arts and creative development is another important aspect of human capital development. You need new innovative ideas and that comes from neural exploration of concepts. i.e. innovation as a new and unique furthering of an idea and/or paradigm shift breakthroughs. That occurs best in creative environment with creative experiences.

*In my transactional cluster theory it is going to be important to have the necessary skills and education within the cluster and that could impact the rest of the local economy in a broad based way.
