Its hard for people from the city to see and understand what the U.P. looks like. It is an outdoor place. I do a little surfing in Cali but haven't yet tried surfing in Marquette yet. The waves are not as big but you can still get up and do what you got to do! If you plan on taking a vacation inside the U.S. consider coming.
