Governor Whitmer provides news update on Michigan. The state has lower COVID cases when compared to other states. This means people were able to social distance and tracking/monitoring made a big difference. Yes... there are so many other factors to consider but on the surface its an impressive number. Frontliners program are helping to finance front line workers for free college. Furthermore, there was discussion on helping people update their skills through education grants.
